Participants are able to submit individual papers, panels (as roundtables), thematic roundtables, and professional development workshops. To begin this process, you will need to select the type of submission that you intend to make and select the "Submit New Proposal" button. From there, you will enter your title and abstract (250 words max) in the spaces provided. When submitting new paper submission, please ensure that you select at least one tag that best matches your submission.

Things to remember:

1. Authors need not submit a full manuscript to be considered.

2. For Undergraduate Attendees: Poster sessions are typically reserved for undergraduate student presentations. There can be provisions made to allow for full panels of undergraduate research presentations. If you intend to submit for such a panel, the person submitting must create a full roundtable proposal and submit a complete list of attendees.

3. Participants intending to propose a thematic roundtable must provide a full list participants of at least three people in order to be considered. 

4. This year, the conference will professional development workshops (i.e., tenure and promotion, dissertation, job market preparation, etc.) on Wednesday and Saturday. If you are interested in hosting a professional development workshop, please submit a proposal and abstract under the "Workshops" tab on the left side of the screen.
