The Southern Studies Conference is an interdiscipinary gathering of scholars, artists, and practitioners with interests in the American South. The next gathering of the conference will take place March 28-29, 2024 on the Auburn University at Montgomery campus. We accept paper, poster, roundtable, and exhibit proposals. If you would like to submit an exhibit (such as an artistic display, documentary, author reading, etc.), please submit these as "paper" proposals, and note the nature of the proposed exhibit under the section for an abstract.
